Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Bosnia → Ankara
Meeting at the international airport two hours before departure. Flight with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul and onward to Ankara. Arrival, welcome by the local guide and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Ankara.
Day 2 — Ankara City Tour → Cappadocia
Breakfast. Half-day sightseeing in Ankara: Kocatepe Mosque, the Presidential Palace, Atakule Tower, Ulus Square, the Roman Baths, Julian's Column and the Citadel. Afternoon drive to Cappadocia (285 km). Hotel check-in, dinner, overnight.
Day 3 — Cappadocia
Breakfast. Full-day tour: the rock-cut churches of Göreme, the town of Ürgüp and the fortress of Uchisar, with optional visits to onyx, ceramic and carpet workshops. In the evening, an optional folkloric show with whirling dervishes. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 — Cappadocia → Konya
Breakfast. Drive to Konya (235 km) with a stop at the Sultanhan Caravanserai. Visit to the Mevlana Museum, home of the great poet and philosopher Rumi. Dinner and overnight in Konya.
Day 5 — Konya → Pamukkale → Hierapolis
Breakfast. Journey to Pamukkale (390 km). The dazzling white terraces and thermal waters, followed by the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.
Day 6 — Pamukkale → Ephesus → Kuşadası
Breakfast. Drive to Ephesus (180 km) to explore the Great Theatre, the Odeon, the Library of Celsus, the Agora and the Temple of Artemis. Continue to Kuşadası. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7 — Kuşadası → House of the Virgin Mary → Şirince
Breakfast. Visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, then the charming village of Şirince. Free time for personal activities. Dinner and overnight in Kuşadası.
Day 8 — Kuşadası → Izmir → Departure
Early breakfast. Drive to Izmir (90 km) for a panoramic city tour and free time. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Istanbul and onward journey home.
